Dave and Susan Berson each have over 27 years of legal experience. They are both licensed attorneys in the District of Columbia, Kansas and Missouri. Dave is a graduate of Columbia University School of Law (New York, NY). Susan is a graduate of University of Nebraska College of Law (Lincoln, NE), and also received an LLM in Tax from Georgetown University Law Center (District of Columbia).
Since starting this law firm in 2007, Dave and Susan have strived to provide sophisticated and protective legal advice to their business, taxpayer and financial institution clients. Prior to starting this law firm, Dave and Susan were partners at large law firms in Kansas City. Dave and Susan also previously worked as attorneys in the District of Columbia, where Susan was a Senior Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice.

We use our office location for the receipt of mail and pre-scheduled meetings with clients, attorneys and other professionals. Meetings at our office location are by appointment only.
